However, the portion and standard of the lobster was slightly subpar considering the price. Although the ridges in the tagliatelle helped the sauce cling to it, because of the lack of richness of the sauce, the dish didnt feel very complete and gathered(?) Overall a good pasta dish, but would rather try the carbonara served to the next table, which looked more appealing in terms of portion and visuals! Meat Lovers pizza ($198 HKD) was not what I was expecting. Although two slices felt very light with no grease down my stomach (which is good health-wise), due to the lack of cheese, lack of flavour of marinara, lack of texture, depth and aroma of the dough as well as the overly-salty and overpowering ham that did not feel like it was part of the pizza, the three of us did not particularly prefer the pizza. We all agree the pasta dishes here would be a safer option! The meatballs ($98 HKD) were surprisingly soft and just the right level of porky saltiness (鹹香), which went well with the pizza crust, along with the meatball sauce. I was intrigued by the friendly atmosphere upheld by all the kitchen staff, along with how happy Chef Andrea seemed all along, plating the carbonara and working enthusiastically at his dishes!Tried @cookie.dpt ‘s new tiramisu cookie creation, and the peanut butter cookie, both $40HKD. Choked on the cacao powder 😂, that aside, this is an excellent attempt at reforming a tiramisu! The mascarpone was the best aspect, I’d even prefer this mascarpone filling in my actual tiramisu! The cookie however was overpowered by the cacao powder, and the coffee and sweetness of the cookie did not come through well. The peanut butter cookie did not have any filling, but was very heavily infused with (cont.)

Please let me know your 'fear food' in the comments ⬇️🍦⁠⁠It can feel like common sense to just avoid the foods that scare us, the foods we can't stop thinking about and seem to keep calling our name from the kitchen... 👀 I know I did for most of my life! (big chocolate bars, tubs of ice cream especially)⁠⁠But the truth is that this restriction builds obsession over time and often we end up eating even more than we would of had we just enjoyed what we were craving in the first place!⁠ ⁠⁠It took time but I'm so happy to say that I can now keep any food in the house and most of the time I couldn't care less about it! I would have never believed this was possible. CHEEEEEEEEESE! A quick and easy lunch with a touch of the festive about it, but let’s face it, it would be a massive shame if brie and cranberry was just for Christmas. Brie and cranberry flatbread (serves 1)380 calories19g protein 40g carbs14g fat⬇️RECIPE BELOW⬇️1 flatbread (I used @mydelikitchen Greek flatbread)40g Brie, sliced 10g grated mozzarella 1 tbsp cranberry sauce2g chopped walnuts Spread the cranberry sauce over the flatbread and add the sliced Brie. Fill in the gaps with the grated mozzarella, and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
