@hdzz.roman after a successful diet break week. Diet breaks are not a time to go all out and eat totally off your plan. It's a controlled amd structured increase in nutrients to refuel the body. The purpose for it is to continue maintaining a high training session performance over the longer term cutting phase. This helps you keep your muscle while dieting and helps maintain your metabolic rate a little longer, as your metabolism will naturally slow while cutting (hence why you hit a point where calories must be reduced). People said you can't make gains during quarantine; we proved them wrong.People said you can't keep muscle while dieting NATURALLY; we proved them wrong.People said Roman couldn't improve his weak points during a cut; we proved them wrong during his last contest prep. People saw his lats make significant improvement during that time (22 week prep). We're gonna KEEP proving people wrong until they have NO CHOICE but to acknowledge it. I point out him being natural not to demonize enhanced lifters. Nor do I want people thinking the entire team is natural. using less weight and a little more reps, still not going to failure, a couple juicy sets and that's it.
